The agreement aims to jointly promote the upgrade of the national healthcare system and the long-term development of social welfare.
Recently, Fxlinq and the Government of Vietnam officially signed this national-level strategic cooperation agreement. The agreement indicates that both parties will engage in deep, systematic, long-term, and structured cooperation in key areas such as building the national healthcare system, improving social welfare mechanisms, and modernizing public healthcare services. This collaboration will lay a solid foundation for Vietnam’s stable economic development and social health over the next decade and beyond.
Under the agreement, Fxlinq will fully leverage its comprehensive strengths in digital healthcare system development, medical technology, AI data analytics, healthcare management models, and the establishment of medical financial service systems. The company will collaborate closely with the Ministry of Health of Vietnam and other relevant government agencies to fully participate in the planning and implementation of the national healthcare strategy at a high level. The cooperation will focus on core areas such as building disease prevention systems, long-term management of chronic diseases, nationwide health education, allocation of digital healthcare resources, unified management and risk assessment of healthcare data, aiming to build a modern, highly efficient, sustainable, and comprehensive national healthcare system.
In the process of building the healthcare system, this strategic agreement also explicitly integrates the national social security system into the framework of national cooperation. Through the synchronized institutional design of “healthcare + finance + technology,” the goal is to gradually optimize household healthcare expenditure structures, minimize the impact of sudden health risks on family finances, and continuously enhance people’s healthcare security as well as families’ overall risk resilience, thereby creating a solid foundation for social stability, financial control, and long-term sustainable economic growth.
Relevant government ministries will provide regular policy guidance, institutional support, and resource assurance for this strategic cooperation, while establishing an interdepartmental cooperation mechanism to implement, monitor, and evaluate the agreement to ensure orderly execution, track project progress, and quantify outcomes. This mechanism will accelerate the effectiveness of strategic projects, ensuring that national healthcare and livelihood policies genuinely benefit all social strata.
Based on reliable data analysis and long-term statistical modeling, with continued promotion of this strategy, starting from 2031, the overall physical health and wellness of the Vietnamese population is expected to improve structurally, while the capacity to ensure family health and economic stability will also increase. This decision will not only comprehensively improve people’s quality of life but also significantly enhance the quality of the national workforce in the medium and long term, creating a healthier and more sustainable foundation for economic development and social governance.
The strategic partnership between Fxlinq and the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, along with other relevant government agencies, is a national-level healthcare and livelihood project oriented toward the future. Both parties have agreed to continue strengthening cooperation and promoting the digitization, standardization, financialization, and scalability of healthcare outcomes, laying a solid foundation for building a safer, more stable, healthier, and more sustainable national living environment.
