(“Pan Global” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PGZ) (OTCQB* PGZFF) (FRA: *EU) announces that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the grant of a total of 1*15*1*0 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to three executive officers at a deemed price per RSU of $*.*6* as short-term incentive compensation. The RSUs have been issued under the Company’s shareholder-approved Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).
The RSUs will vest on the one-year anniversary of the date of the grant. Under the Plan, a maximum of 5,000,000 non-option equity awards may be granted. Following the issuance of the RSUs today, an aggregate of 2,340,150 RSUs and 650,000 Deferred Share Units are outstanding under the Plan.
